Culturally Congruent Doula Support

MyBirth recognizes the unique risk to Black, Brown, and Indigenous birthing people due to racism in America, and racism in the American medical system. All MyBirth doulas are dedicated to combatting the bias and violence which endangers BIPOC mothers and babies, and we specifically recognize the unique advantages of Black mothers and babies being cared for and supported by Black doulas and providers. In an effort to help increase awareness about resources for culturally congruent doula care in and around Richmond, we bring attention to these organizations:
